Hello! I have ordered many new collections from various companies (because I just couldn't resist!) and decided that I have to start making good use of them. So I started making cardsets using one collection. First is this birthday card set using Crate's adorable Pretty Party collection:

After thinking it over and over again, I have decided to step down from Vinnie's Design Team. The reason is not that I don't want to be on a Design Team, but I want to be able to give 100% every time. And lately, I just didn't feel so inspired to create hybrid/digital projects. Vinnie is the best and sweetest person to work for and she deserves somebody who enjoys working with digital elements more than me! I have made a last card to say Thank You for having me:
Nachdem ich sehr lange darüber nachgedacht habe, habe ich beschlossen, aus Vinnies Design Team auszutreten. Der Grund dafür ist nicht, dass ich nicht in einem Design Team sein möchte, aber ich möchte wirklich in der Lage sein, jedes Mal 100% zu geben. Und in letzter Zeit war ich einfach nicht so inspiriert um hybride/digitale Projekte zu gestalten. Vinnie ist die beste und liebste Person, für die man arbeiten kann und sie verdient jemanden, der es viel mehr geniesst, mit digitalen Elementen zu arbeiten als ich! Ich habe eine letzte Karte gemacht um mich dafür zu bedanken, dass sie mich für sie arbeiten liess:

Hello! This week, my Papa turned 60. One of the presents for him is this little album that uses Echo Park's Note to Self collection. I thought it is something he can put into his bag and take with him:

This box is a cutting file from Lori Whitlock. It looks like a box that holds a deck of cards.
Diese Schachtel ist eine digitale Stanze von Lori Whitlock. Sie sieht aus wie eine Schachtel in der sich ein Kartenspiel befindet.
The album is an accordion book that I made from a sheet of patterned paper. It has two covers, one to open at the bottom to reveal high format pictures:
Das Album ist ein Akkordeonbuch, das ich aus einem Blatt Designpapier gemacht habe. Es hat zwei Covers, eines das von unten geöffnet wird, um Hochformatbilder zu enthüllen:

I mixed photos and drawings from my little girl and didn't embellish the inside pages to leave the album flat.

Hi! Last night I made a layout. The challenge on the October Afternoon blog inspired me to use up some hoarded tiny alpha stickers - I enjoyed thinking about my little girl's characteristics for this:
Hi! Letzte Nacht habe ich ein Layout gemacht. Der Wettbewerb auf dem October Afternoon Blog hat mich dazu inspiriert, ein paar meiner gehorteten Minialpha Sticker zu verwenden - es hat mir viel Spass gemacht, dafür über die Eigenschaften meiner Kleinen nachzudenken:
I went out of "Es", so I just used a black marker to make some capital "Fs" to "Es". And for some missing "Ts", I abused some "Is".
Does anyone have tips on how to best take photos of layouts? I have difficulties to make them lay or stand flat. It looks so much better in real life!

Mir sind die "Es" ausgegangen, also habe ich einen schwarzen Filzer benutzt um ein paar "Fs" zu "Es" zu machen. Um für ein paar fehlende "Ts" habe ich einige "Is" missbraucht.
Hat jemand ein paar Tips wie ich ein Layout am besten fotografiere? Ich habe Schwierigkeiten, es flach hinzulegen oder zu stellen. In echt sieht es so viel besser aus!

Hello! I hope you are all well! Did you have a great Easter weekend? Today I have a little something to share. I made this, because I just wanted to play around. It is like an ATC and I am not yet sure how I will use it, but I enjoyed creating it a lot. Here it is:
Hallo! Ich hoffe Euch geht's allen gut! Hattet Ihr ein schönes Oster-Wochenende? Heute habe ich was Kleines zum zeigen. Ich habe es gemacht, weil ich ein wenig herumspielen wollte. Es ist so was wie eine ATC und ich weiss noch nicht genau, wie ich es weiterverwenden will, aber ich hatte sehr viel Spass dabei, es zu basteln. Hier ist es:
I started die-cutting the card from Kraft cardstock using PTI's button card die and covered it with paper from My Mind's Eye. Then I die-cut another layer from an overlay from the My Mind's Eye Follow Your Heart collection. All the patterned paper and the brad embellishment are from MME, too. The ticket and label stickers are October Afternoon.
Ich habe zuerst eine Karte aus Kraftpapier gestanzt und hierfür die PTI button card Stanze verwendet, dann habe ich die Karte mit Papier von My Mind's Eye bedeckt. Danach habe ich eine weitere Lage aus einem Overlay aus der Follow Your Heart Kollektion von My Mind's Eye gestanzt. Alle Designpapiere und das Bradelement sind von MME. Der Ticket- und Labelsticker sind von October Afternoon.
