I love my dies, so I just had to make a card for this! Paulina gathered a lot of amazing sponsors for this hop, you can check all the details here on her blog. But now to my card. Here it is:
The rays were made with a Simon Says Stamp exclusive die called Full Card Sunshine Craft Die. I inked up a panel of white card stock using Mustard Seed Distress Ink, trying to achieve a gradient effect. Then I die-cut the rays and adhered them (using the rest of the die-cut as guide). For the grass, I used the Lawn Fawn Grassy Border die and inked the card stock with Mowed Lawn Distress Ink. The cute girl and her turtle from the Mama Elephant set In My Heart, were colored with Distress Inks and water. The sentiment from My Sunshine was stamped onto a strip of white card stock and adhered above the grass. To finish the card, I adhered some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh. Your card is wonderful! I have that ME stamp set, and have yet to get it inky. You did a great job coloring the little girl, and the inking on the sun rays and grass is fabulous! You've inspired me to get that stamp set out finally and do something with it! Tfs!
