winnie & walter Share the Love Week Featuring: Simon Says Stamp Day 1

Welcome to another winnie & walter share the love week! This time we are featuring the wonderful Simon Says Stamp. All week long we will be presenting projects combining winnie & walter product with Simon Says Stamp product. And there will be challenges for you with the chance to win awesome prizes! Let's start with the first one, shall we? Today's challenge is "Rainbow Color Palette". And here is my card:

I combined these products:
First, I die-cut the sun rays from a piece of card stock. I then used this panel as a mask on my panel of watercolor paper. Using an ink blending tool, I applied various Distress Inks to create the rainbow rays. After I had removed the stencil, I stamped the stars from Scenery: Big Bang Confetti in matching colors. I stamped the scribbled circle from the Simon Says Stamp Scribble Flowers stamp set to the center of the rays. Then I stamped and heat-embossed the Hello from The Big, the Bold, and the Happy using black glitter embossing powder. Finally, I adhered the panel to a black card base and finished the card off with some black sequins. I hope you like it!
