Echo Park Holly Jolly Holidays Blog Hop

Welcome to the Echo Park Paper "Holly Jolly Holidays" Blog Hop! We've created a special one-day blog hop event in which you can hop from one designer's blog to the next viewing beautiful holiday cards. Be sure to follow the blog hop list below and leave a comment on each person's blog. Finish up at the Echo Park Paper blog with a final comment. THREE Winners will be selected to win a collection kit of their choosing. Comments can be made through midnight MST today for a chance to win! Winners will be announced on December 8 on the Echo Park Paper blog.

I am glad you are stopping by, because it is a great honor for me to be part of this fun blog hop! Here is the card I made for you:

Is there snow in your part of the world? In my part, we don't have any yet. Last year we had tons, but this year we are still waiting for it. My card was inspired by my favorite holiday song "White Christmas". The paper for the background is from the "For the Record" Collection paper pad (because I have already used up all of my christmas papers) and the stickers are from the "Season's Greetings" Collection. To create "snow", I applied some white acrylic paint to the patterned paper and added glitter glue:

I hope you like it! Now hop on to be inspired by some fabulous, very talented ladies. Here is the list:

Good luck and have a beautiful day!

Hugs and Love,
Vanessa

Hi Vanessa,
I absolutely love what you did with your card! It's beautiful! Thanks for sharing... you gals are so talented. I am having fun on this blog hop! I went looking around on you blog and really like that you used paper bags for your Dec. Daily! Super cool idea! And I like your snowflake card- how you glued them together at the top with a crease - thanks for the inspiration! Have a Merry Christmas!
