Skipping Stones Design - Thank You Hop

Welcome to this special surprise Skipping Stones Design blog hop! Today, some of the design team members and previous guest designers of Skipping Stones Design have prepared this blog hop to say thank you to the owner Heather Engebretson who sadly decided to take a hiatus from Skipping Stones Design. I used one of my favorite SSD sets, Victorian Summer. The feather stamp was colored with markers and spritzed with water before I stamped.
