Sparkle & Shine Challenge: SKETCH Inspiration sponsored by Winnie & Walter

Hello everybody! I am glad you are stopping by today! It's time for the second Sparkle & Shine Challenge, this time a sketch inspiration challenge sponsored by none other than the sweet girls from Winnie & Walter! This is our sketch:

And here comes my take on it, staying very close to the sketch:

I started with a panel of white cardstock and die-cut the large rectangle from Essentials: Katharine Cutaways from it. Then I cut the panel to create the two halves. I inked the bottom one with yellow Distress Ink and the top part using light blue Distress Ink and adhered them to my black cardbase. Now I trimmed a piece of cardstock for the center and inked it, too. I stamped the cupcake from Sugar Rush and the sentiment from The Party and colored the image using Copic markers. Then I adhered the panel using foam tape. Finally, I added sequins from the Pretty Pink Posh Winnie & Walter 1st Birthday Bash Mix.
