Welcome to the next Sparkle & Shine Challenge sponsored by Pretty Pink Posh! This is the beautiful photo inspiration:

And here is the card I made:

I just had the use the new Winnie & Walter set In Bloom: Addie's Garden for my card. The tulips were perfect for this! I first die-cut a frame from polka dot patterned paper and adhered it to the card with foam-tape. Then I stamped/heat-embossed the tulips and leaves onto watercolor paper and colored them with Distress Inks mixed with water. I cut them out and adhered them to the card. Finally I added the sequins.
