Hi everybody! I have been wanting to try black & white Copic coloring for a while, so I made a card for the current Simon Says Stamp Work It Wednesdays and Kathy's 30 Day Coloring Challenge using this sketch from the MFT Sketch Challenge:
Here is my take:
I first trimmed a square from cardstock and rounded the edges. Then I inked it using various Distress Inks to create the rainbow. For more texture, I added droplets of water. After it was dried, I adhered the square to a grey panel and everything to the cardbase. Now I stamped and heat-embossed the sentiment onto a strip of black cardstock and adhered it to the card. I die-cut the girl and stamped it using Memento ink. Then I colored her with Copics and adhered her to the card with foam tape. Finally, I die-cut little black stars and adhered them, too.
I enjoyed the black & white coloring very much! Thanks for visiting today!
