Hi everyone! Today's card is very colorful. I wanted to make a happy spring card with the Richard Garay Make Amazing Happen Line. Put on your sunglasses:
I started with a card base made from Captivating Coral cardstock. Then I trimmed a piece of patterned paper slightly smaller than the card base and a panel of watercolor paper slightly smaller than the pp piece. Now I die-cut the fun Pennant Pattern Die from a piece of cardstock and used it as a mask. I temporarily adhered it over the watercolor paper and applied ink with an ink blending tool to create my background. Then I removed the mask, tied-on Celebra'tions Linen Thread, matted the panel with the patterned paper and adhered everything to the card. Now I stamped and die-cut the flowers, the leaves and the sentiment and adhered it with FSJ Medium Foam Squares. To finish everything off, I added black Amazing Accent Dots.
I hope spring has sprung wherever you live! Find more inspiration here on the Richard Garay Blog. Thanks for visiting!
