The wonderful Winnie & Walter premieres continue! It's day 3 of the January release and it is getting better and better. Here are my projects for you today:
One set is called "Sugar Rush". It's full of sweet (in the truest sense of the word) images like this yummy cupcake. Here I created a watercolor splatter background with Distress Inks. After it was dried, I stamped the sentiment and the little stick for the flags and adhered the panel to my cardbase that was covered with the cute polka dot pp. Then I stamped the cupcake onto another piece of cardstock and colored it with Copics. I cut it out and applied pink Stickles to the topping. Then I adhered it to the card with foam-tape. The little flags were stamped onto patterned paper, cut-out and adhered.
Here is another card with the set:
This cake image is perfect for wedding cards, too! Here I created a little shaker card.
The last card was made with the set "Sparkle":
This little set is a perfect addition to all the birthday themed sets! And it works whenever you need to add a little sparkle! I inked a panel of cardstock with blue Distress Inks. Then I stamped the images and embossed the sparkles and the word with white embossing powder and clear glitter embossing powder. I applied droplets of white pearlescent spray ink and adhered the panel to my cardbase. Finally I added clear rhinestones for more sparkle.
I didn't promise too much, did I? The new sets are so beautiful! Now it's time to hop to the Winnie & Walter blog to see more samples and to comment to win these sets! Tomorrow I'll be back with the last premieres, I hope you'll stop by!
