A Foxy Baby Card

This time I played with my beloved Hero Arts stamps and made a foxy baby card:

I colored the fox with my Faber Castell watercolor pencils again. Using the Sketchbook Letters stamp set, I spelled my sentiment. And the border is from the Calico Borders set. This card was made for three challenges. Must be my own personal record! First, I used Sketch #3 of the current Hero Arts Spring Sketch Challenge. Second, I used the handwriting font to enter this to the Moxie Fab World Hip on Handwriting Challenge. And last, the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge is Anything Goes, so I'll enter it there, too! Phew.

Winnie & Walter Share The Love Featuring: Elle's Studio

Welcome to a special winnie & walter share the love post featuring: Elle's Studio! This week, some girls of the winnie & walter DT show how to combine Elle's Studio goodies with wonderful winnie & walter stamps. I got a box full of sweet Elle's Studio products and couldn't stop creating, so this post is project-heavy :)
Let's better get started! First, a card:

Here I stamped and heat-embossed the "hello" from The Big, the Bold, and the Happy onto that cute journaling card. The "baby" is from the same set. I thought that adorable snail from You've Got Love Mail would be perfect for a baby card.
Next, two birthday cards:

The happy colors of the Everyday Moments collection work so well for birthday cards! I used that journaling circle with the stars as starting point and stamped more stars in matching colors from the Scenery: Big Bang Confetti set onto the card. The sentiment from The Big, the Bold, and the Happy was heat-embossed using white embossing powder on black cardstock.

Here I used the little envelope from You've Got Love Mail and paper-pieced it. The sentiment is from The Big, the Bold, and the Happy again.
Here comes one last card before I have some layouts to share:

This one uses The Big, the Bold and You, Parentville and Scenery: Big Bang Confetti.
Now some layouts:

On this layout, I combined wood veneer and stamps from The Big, the Bold, and the Happy to create a title.

Here I used The Write Stuff: Love Story and You've Got Love Mail. And The Big, the Bold and You.
Ok, you almost made it! One last little layout for my Snap Album:

Her very first wobbly tooth. Don't grow up so fast!! I stamped elements from The Write Stuff: Love Story and stars from Scenery: Big Bang Confetti. For this layout, I used this sketch from the Elle's Studio blog.

Chalkboard Birthday Card

This is another one I had made for the magazine call. Love the chalkboard look and thought I could combine it with colorful flowers:

Die hier ist noch eine, die ich für den Magazin Call gemacht hatte. Ich mag den Tafel Look und dachte es wäre schön, ihn mit bunten Blumen zu kombinieren:

I used an journaling/index card from Elle's Studio and stamped/heat-embossed the sentiment with white. The shadows were made with a white pencil. Then I adhered it to a black cardstock panel using foam tape. The flowers and leaves were die-cut and stamped and then adhered with foam tapes of various thicknesses.

Ich habe eine Indexkarte von Elle's Studio verwendet und darauf den Spruch in weiss gestempelt/embossed. Die Schattierung habe ich mit einem weissen Buntstift gemacht. Dann habe ich die Karte mit Schaumstoffpads auf einen schwarzen Hintergrund aufgebracht. Die Blüten und Blätter sind ausgestanzt und gestempelt und anschliessend mit verschieden dicken Schaumstoffpads aufgeklebt.

Ridiculously Happy

I had some more fun with the Dear Lizzy 5th & Frolic line on this layout:

This year, my girl has been enjoying feeding animals on every possible occasion. And I have been enjoying taking photos of her doing it. For the background on this layout, I played around with my waterpaints. I even tried to achieve similar leaves as on the patterned paper. These waterpaints will have a permanent place on my desk now! Dieses Jahr findet es meine Tochter besonders toll, Tiere bei jeder Gelegenheit zu füttern. Und ich finde es besonders toll, Fotos davon zu machen. Für den Hintergrund auf diesem Layout habe ich mit meinen Aquarellfarben herumgespielt. Ich hab sogar versucht, die Blätter auf dem Designpapier nachzuahmen.
