Oval Doily Tutorial - Bon Voyage

Today I have a little tutorial for you. I've been trying to find new ways to use my dies and while playing around, I discovered another possibility. Creating oval doilies with round doily dies. Here is one on a card:


Heute hab ich ein kleines Tutorial für Euch. Ich versuche immer neue Wege zu finden, um meine Stanzen zu verwenden und während ich so herumgespielt habe, habe ich eine weitere Möglichkeit entdeckt. Ovale Spitzen aus runden Spitzen Stanzen machen. Hier ist eine auf einer Karte:

It works best with not so thick paper. All you have to do is fold a piece of paper into half (with the pretty side inside) and just cut with the edge of the die. It's easier to show how to place the paper on the photo:

Es funktioniert am besten mit nicht so dickem Papier. Alles was man tun muss, ist das Papier in der Mitte zu falten (mit der schönen Seite nach innen) und dann nur mit einer Kante der Stanze zu stanzen. Es ist einfacher auf einem Foto zu zeigen wie man es platziert:
