Today I made a card for the current MFT Sketch Challenge. This is the sketch I used:
And here comes my take on it:
I like to combine various textures and materials. Here I used cork, vellum, embossing powder and sequins. First, I die-cut the Kraft panel and adhered it to the card. Then I layered a cork tag and a textured vellum heart. I stamped and heat-embossed the sentiment onto the strip of cardstock and adhered it. Now I stamped and heat-embossed the flowers, die-cut them with the matching dies and adhered them. Finally, I added the sequins.
I hope you like my take! Thanks for stopping by today!
