I honor of World Card Making Day, I made this card using one of my favorite techniques:
Then I die-cut the "happy" from In a Word: Happy Coordinating Cutaways thrice from black cardstock, layered the words and adhered it to the card. I stamped and heat-embossed the "birthday" onto a strip of black cardstock, trimmed it and adhered it. Finally, I added matching sequins.
