I am back again with another card playing around with neglected stamp sets. This time I created a winter birthday card for the MFT The Birthday Project Challenge - Winter Wonderland.
I can't get enough of masking, I got new masking paper and it's working perfectly. Combined with my beloved ink blending, I have a blast building fun scenes:
Here I used the Birch Trees Die-namics to make masks for the trees and colored the negative space with Copic markers to create the trees. The background was inked with Tumbled Glass, Spun Sugar and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide inks, using the Micro Cloud Edges Stencil to create more depth.
The cute girl from BB Pile on the Hugs just perfectly fit to peek out from behind that tree. And Mr. Frosty from the BB Snow Buddies set is waiting with a cupcake to surprise the birthday girl.
Thank you for visiting today! Have a wonderful day!
Vanessa
